Board of Directors
WREEC is proudly operated and guided by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors, made up of engaged families and valued community members. These individuals bring a wealth of expertise, passion, and commitment to ensuring the success and sustainability of our centre.
The Board is entrusted with the overall operation, governance, and strategic direction of WREEC. Their responsibilities include making informed decisions that align with our By-Laws and Policies and Procedures. They are also the driving force behind the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that shape the Centre’s vision and day-to-day operations.
As a key pillar of our WREEC community, the Board of Directors works tirelessly to support the growth and development of the children and families we serve, fostering a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment for all.
We are deeply grateful for their leadership, time, and dedication, which play an essential role in the ongoing success of WREEC.
Educators
The heart and soul of our programs lie in the incredible individuals who make up our team. Passionate, dedicated, and deeply committed, our educators strive to provide the highest level of care and education for every child.
To ensure we maintain our high standards, we have developed a rigorous recruitment process that identifies skilled and compassionate professionals. Every team member undergoes a comprehensive onboarding program designed to align them with our philosophy, values, and best practices.
A significant proportion of our educators are registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) or certified teachers, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in child development and education. They are not only highly qualified but also continually invest in their professional growth through ongoing training and development.
What truly sets our staff apart is their creativity and dedication to making every day special. From planning engaging activities to nurturing individual strengths, our educators ensure that each child experiences a fun, supportive, and enriching environment. We trust our team to bring our programs to life, fostering curiosity, learning, and joy in everything they do.
When you entrust your child to us, you can be confident they are in the hands of compassionate professionals who are genuinely committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
